Deposit 50% on booking, non-refundable. It is the price of holding a date nobody else can have.

Balance
Balance due 7 days before the event. Bookings made inside 14 days are payable in full.
Cancellation
Cancellation more than 30 days: deposit retained. 14–30 days: 75%. Inside 14 days: 100%. On a Circuit, the ladder applies per night.
Weather
Weather. Rain does not stop play. Wind above the manufacturer's certified operating limit requires the screen to be lowered — a safety decision, not a cancellation.
Client responsibilities
Client responsibilities. Site access, level ground, the power specified in the quote, council permits, and all content, music, film and broadcast rights.

Indoor LED walls and conference staging.
That's an AV company's job, not ours.
Small night events under about 200 people.
A projector will do it for a fraction of the price, and we'll tell you so rather than sell you a screen you don't need.
Sites with no vehicle access.
The screen arrives on a trailer. If we can't reach the position, we can't do the job — better to know on the phone than on the day.
Content rights.
You warrant you hold the film, music and broadcast rights for what's shown. We'll arrange a public screening licence for cinema and charge for it, but we don't own the rights.
Council permits.
You lodge them. We supply every document you need in order to.
