The screen arrives on a trailer. If we can't reach the position, we can't do the job — better to know on the phone than on the day.
A good event starts with a ready site.
Vehicle access, level ground and the right power supply. Check the practical details before you book.
First, get the trailer to the right place.
Level position
Grass, bitumen, ovals, car parks, showgrounds, foreshores. Needs vehicle access and a level position.
No building works
Trailer-mounted and self-supporting. No scaffold, no crane, no builder, no ground works.
Power worth checking before you book.
The screen draws 8–15 kW at peak — full white at full brightness. Average content runs well below that, but the supply must be sized for the peak or it trips.

Every site supply needs these checks.
Dedicated circuit
Not shared with food vans, coffee carts or the PA — sharing a board with catering is the most common cause of an outage mid-event.
RCD protected
The site supply needs RCD protection.

Confirmed by the venue or their electrician — not assumed from a photo of a power box.
When a generator is needed.
$650/day ex GST
20 kVA minimum, 25–30 kVA preferred.
Supplied and sited by us, including fuel, earthing and a spill kit.

Valid to 30 Jun 2027. Minimum booking is the Community rate. Quotes valid 14 days.
